Quiz time!
One of these species does not live under my deck. A virtual cookie for the first person to guess correctly!

No mice because your feline friends do them in. The others can, uh, hold their own.
My guess is 2) Raccoons. They live closer to the tomato plants, from what I understand.
I would be harder to see mice than the others, but they may be secretly there?
I'm guessing mice. Too crowded under there for them :)
I have been surprised to discover I'm living in close proximity to mice, raccoons, and groundhogs, so I'm going with skunks, since they broadly advertise their presence.
Umm, I hope skunks?
Also, I first read that as desk, not deck. I was very concerned for you for a moment!
I'm guessing the groundhog as it would prefer your front lawn.
